ennovationHUB is a leading online e-commerce retailer in the home and living niche. From our new office in downtown Barcelona, we market and sell premium furniture through local website brands in the US, UK, and EU, with more than 70,000 happy customers worldwide.

We are now looking for an analytics Head of Performance Marketing (Barcelona-based) / Team Lead who will be responsible for mentoring and leading our performance Marketing team, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

The successful candidate will have a business view and understanding of profitability metrics, will ensure that profits are grown before revenue growth reduces margins, and have strong experience within Google Ads & Meta.

Job description
  • Day-to-day manage, mentor, and grow a performance marketing team for up to 4 people (two for Meta Ads; two for Google Ads)

    • This role requires a person with strong people and analytics skills;

  • Together with your team and co-founder, manage a yearly budget of ±3 million USD across Google Ads and Meta Ads within the target markets (Online E‑Commerce stores in the US, UK, and EU)

  • Carefully adapt and execute the company's marketing strategy

  • Ability to work structured and confidence in project management tools such as ClickUp

  • Hands‑on approach to job tasks: this role requires a candidate with a solid hands‑on approach and a proven track record in hands‑on experience within Google Ads and Meta Ads

  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to ensure an accurate account of marketing costs

  • Monitor and improve campaign performance

  • Identify complex challenges and present and communicate solutions to the critical internal and external stakeholders

  • Monitor industry trends with a view to opportunities to translate and execute them into the business

  • Demonstrable +2 years of hands‑on Google Paid Search experience is required for this role. This includes but is not limited to the following:

    • Experience in implementing text and shopping campaigns and strong knowledge of PPC best practices regarding structure, optimization, and implementation

    • Experience in Social and Display campaigns is a plus but not required

    • Strong understanding of Google Adwords and Google Analytics

  • Demonstrable +1 year experience in Meta Ads

  • Proven track record in managing a small marketing team within digital marketing; (mentoring and growing people)

  • Hands‑on approach to workload

  • Understanding of the relationship between media metrics and business KPIs in an e‑commerce context

  • Numerical skills and experience in using Google Sheets, with an interest in how technology can facilitate or automate our work
