A leading tennis academy in Sotogrande, Spain, is seeking a Head of Operations to oversee daily operations and manage teams within a dynamic sports-focused environment. Responsibilities include optimizing workflows and developing budgets. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Operations Management, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is required, while Spanish proficiency is a plus. This is a full-time position requiring a valid right to live and work in Spain.
SotoTennis Academy (STA), based in Sotogrande, Spain, is a leading tennis academy dedicated to developing young, passionate tennis players aiming for success in US College programs or the Professional Tour. Led by WTA/ATP Coach Daniel Kiernan, the Academy provides a supportive training environment for players that fosters both athletic and personal growth. STA also offers training weeks for junior and pro players looking to supplement their current programs.
The Head of Operations will oversee day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and ensure the effective and efficient functioning of the academy. Responsibilities include managing teams, optimising operational workflows, developing budgets, and ensuring the smooth implementation of academy programs for our players. This full‑time role requires close collaboration with staff, players, parents and Federations within a dynamic sports‑focused environment.
