This role is full‑time and offers home working flexibility.

Your future tasks will include

• Defining the design vision, strategy, and operating model for how design collaborates across the company.
• Leading and coaching the design team (5 people) to elevate craft, workflows, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Driving excellence in Discovery and Delivery across research, ideation, prototyping, and execution.
• Acting as a change agent — improving processes, increasing design maturity, and enabling better outcomes.
• Contributing hands‑on to key design initiatives : concepts, prototypes, flows, and design reviews.

You’re going to need this to be successful in this role

• 10+ years in Product / UI / UX Design.
• 4+ years in design leadership roles (Lead, Manager, Director, or similar).
• Strong expertise in Discovery and Delivery, with a track record of improving product outcomes.
• Ability to develop, hire, mentor, and coach designers at different seniority levels.
• Comfort leading organizational or process transformation — shaping how design operates.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Data, and Leadership.
• Willingness to remain hands‑on with design work when it adds value.
• Advanced level of English.

It’s nice if you also have

• Experience working with or within a Product Operating Model (not mandatory).
