Why This Role Exists

Our customer's solutionis one of the fastest-growing monetization platforms in the mobile ad industry. They are scaling their global reach and need a Growth Marketing Manager to build the demand generation engine that fuels their next phase of expansion.

You will own the strategy and execution of scalable programs that turn diverse audiences into high-quality leads and a predictable revenue pipeline.

Note : Must be based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain (relocation support provided)

What You'll Drive
  • Demand Strategy : Design and own the demand generation strategy to hit revenue targets across priority global regions
  • Scalable Engine : Build a repeatable, automated lead-gen engine integrating HubSpot with enrichment (Clay, Clearbit) and outbound tools
  • Campaign Execution : Execute multi-channel campaigns (paid media, email, ABM) that deliver measurable MQLs and SQLs
  • Data Optimization : Optimize campaign performance through rigorous A / B testing and data-driven analysis of conversion rates and costs
  • Market Presence : Coordinate high-impact industry events, webinars, and sponsorships to capture high-value leads and raise brand awareness
Who You Are
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally within ad-tech, martech, or SaaS environments
  • Expert-level hands-on experience with HubSpot for automation, scoring, and segmentation
  • Proven ability to use enrichment and outbound tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to scale personalized campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of translating complex data into actionable campaign optimizations
  • Excellent project management skills, able to balance multiple campaigns while collaborating effectively with sales stakeholders
How You'll Work

You will work closely with Product Marketing and Sales Operations teams to align messaging and ensure a smooth handoff of leads. This is a high‑autonomy role where you are expected to define goals in partnership with sales and provide regular visibility to leadership through dashboards and market insights.
