We’re looking for Graduate Engineers to join our two‑year Graduate Programme, giving you experience working in a FTSE 100 listed software company.

Responsibilities
  • The Graduate Engineer will manage their own project work items.
  • Actively share knowledge across the team and work closely with delivery teams to carry out thorough and efficient testing.
  • Create accurate test plans, execute against these plans, and ensure that all issues and risks are raised and managed to completion.
  • Maintain a detail‑oriented, quality‑focused approach resulting in thorough and well‑organised test phases.
  • Participate in the two‑year Graduate Programme and continuously learn new things to strive for excellence.
  • Bring innovative ideas to add real value for our customers in an environment where ambition for future progression is rewarded.
Qualifications
  • Graduate status (open to different degree disciplines, ideally Computer Science or similar).
  • Passion for AI and a desire to use these skills to drive our products forward.
  • Proven passion for tech, with matching skills.

Location & Hours
  • Office based in Barcelona, Spain. You must live in or be willing to relocate to an easily commutable distance.
  • Hybrid employment – at least two days in the office per week.

  3. If successful at the video interview stage, you will be invited to attend a assessment centre in the first week of September.
