A semiconductor industry innovator is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment processes across their international locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deep tech recruitment, excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, and experience working with ATS. This role offers a full-time indefinite contract, hybrid working options, and a salary range of 32-36K gross annually.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a technology or deep tech environment.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ability to balance multiple processes and priorities in a fast-paced, international context.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles in engineering and technical operations.
• Conduct CV screenings and initial interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions.
