Formación

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Supplier Quality or Quality Control in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Broad understanding of production processes—experience with materials such as rubber or polyurethane is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead the quality performance of spares suppliers within your region.
• Conduct and maintain supplier quality system audits.
• Develop corrective and preventive action plans and ensure effective follow-up.
• Coordinate inspection activities with third-party service providers.
• Implement global quality policies, KPIs, and best practices.
