A global testing and certification company is seeking a Global TPS Optimization Manager in Spain. This role involves strategic development of global initiatives for optimizing Third Party Spend, ensuring procurement activities align with company goals. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in English and Spanish. The Global TPS (Third Party Spend) Optimization Manager will be responsible for the strategic development and operational execution of global initiatives optimising the Third Party Spend.
This role will ensure that procurement activities align with the company's overall strategic goals, delivering cost reduction savings, quality improvements, and risk mitigation.
The ideal candidate will combine procurement knowledge, specifically in the area of strategic sourcing, with high experience in project management. He / she will focus on global projects that will also demand a good understanding of the regional and local business needs to bring real measurable benefits.
He / she will manage relationships with various stakeholders across divisions while integrating business needs and proposing competitive value‑added solutions for the businesses.
