About the Role & Team

As Global Sales Planning Manager, you will be the strategic enabler behind our success, increasing visibility, and driving sales activity for the Networking Portfolio across multiple geographies. This is not just a planning role, it’s about shaping the future of our Networking portfolio. You will combine sales planning expertise, solution sales leadership, and strategic insight to enable global sales teams, bridge product strategy, and ensure we deliver on our growth objectives.

As part of our Network Portfolio growth strategy, this role will be instrumental in driving year‑on‑year revenue growth and accelerating the success of CD&E’s next‑generation networking technologies. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, business development, and global sales enablement, collaborating with senior stakeholders across sales, product, and marketing. If you have a strong foundation in business development, deep understanding of networking technologies, and are ready to step into a global strategic role that drives impact at scale, this is your opportunity to make a difference.

What You’ll Do
Drive Global Sales Strategy
  • Collaborate with account managers, business development teams, and network specialists to develop and adapt sales plans that achieve new business targets across regions.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to equip client‑facing sales teams with the right tools, training, and messaging to accelerate revenue.
Lead Strategic Workshops
  • Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings to promote solutions, gather customer insights, and translate feedback into actionable plans.
Monitor Performance
  • Track and communicate pipeline health, sales achievements, and GEO‑level updates as part of global sales operations.
  • Work closely with product teams to ensure BU goals align with market trends and customer needs.
Execute Go‑to‑Market Plans
  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration to deliver BU product plans and ensure successful launches.
  • Translate customer requirements into product enhancements and strategic account planning.
  • Present and promote our networking solutions to customers and partners, supporting commercial qualification of opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales planning, business development, or commercial strategy within Telco or Technology sectors.
  • Solid understanding of networking technologies and ability to simplify technical concepts for business impact.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute global sales strategies and go‑to‑market plans.
  • Track record of leading cross‑functional initiatives across sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Strong grasp of sales processes, business case development, and customer‑centric solution design.
  • Exceptional storytelling and stakeholder management skills to drive alignment and engagement.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast‑paced environments and take ownership of outcomes.
Nice‑to‑have
  • Experience in Air Transport Industry or Telecom.
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and design thinking.
  • Exposure to global go‑to‑market strategies.
