About the Role

We're seeking a hands-on B2B marketing leader with a digital-first mindset and a proven track record in PR, brand building, demand generation, customer marketing, and tactical execution that drives results.

The ideal candidate has experience in enterprise software or SaaS, preferably in the L&D and HR-tech space, and can translate strategy into scalable growth across the full marketing funnel, from lead acquisition to sales conversion and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, AI adoption, curiosity, continuous improvement, and data-driven execution.
  2. Contribute strategic insights within the international marketing team.
  3. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on brand visibility, demand generation, and customer retention.
  4. Coordinate marketing planning sessions and workshops to support business priorities.
  5. Engage in industry dialogue, gather market intelligence, and inform strategic marketing decisions.
  6. Build relationships with industry influencers through PR and thought leadership initiatives.
  7. Contribute to customer persona development and refine the company's ICP.
  8. Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Development for content and go-to-market strategies.
  9. Work with HR to enhance employer branding.
  10. Leverage AI to improve marketing efficiency and lead digital transformation.
  11. Design and optimize email campaigns and paid media initiatives.
  12. Lead ABM efforts and manage CRM data for targeted outreach.
  13. Plan and execute events, webinars, and digital campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. Proven senior marketing experience, such as Marketing Lead or Director, in an international environment.
  2. Strong background in B2B enterprise software marketing, with leadership experience in remote and global teams.
  3. Hands-on success in multi-channel campaigns and AI-driven marketing.
  4. Expertise in SEO, social media, web analytics, SEM, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
  5. Experience with ABM strategies and analytics tools like Power BI.
  6. Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
  7. Comfort with remote collaboration tools.
