• 7–10+ years in Delivery / Operations Excellence, PMO, or Process Governance.
• Experience standardizing multi-region processes.
• Strong PM capabilities in planning and execution.
• Working knowledge of BPMN and lightweight process tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the global Delivery process library.
• Run cross-functional governance with various teams.
• Standardize delivery-dependent business processes.
• Define and maintain Delivery AI Principles.
• Partner with Insights on KPI taxonomy and reporting.
