You will define and optimize CRM processes across communication channels, ensuring effective customer lifecycle management. The role requires at least 3 years of CRM management experience and hands-on knowledge of major CRM platforms. The position is on-site in Valencia, and relocation support is provided.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a CRM Manager.
• Proven track record of managing CRM campaigns end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with leading CRM platforms.
