Formación

• 3-7 years post-qualification experience in corporate general and dispute resolution.
• Admission to local market or equivalent is a plus.
• Mature personality with proactive attitude and high integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review and negotiate various legal documents and agreements.
• Participate in the qualification review of potential business partners.
• Provide legal support on regulatory compliance issues.
• Manage and supervise external lawyers.

Educación
