Contract Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: 38.5 hours per week (morning or afternoon shifts available, 2 days off per week)

Your Mission

We are seeking a German-speaking Content Moderator who will play a key role in reviewing and monitoring user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and platform policies. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about digital spaces, online integrity, and user safety.

As part of a collaborative team, you'll help maintain a healthy and secure online environment for users across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

• Review user-generated content to verify alignment with platform guidelines
• Detect, assess, and manage inappropriate or harmful materials
• Work closely with moderation and policy teams to strengthen platform integrity
• Contribute to the improvement of moderation strategies and user safety protocols
• Document and elevate edge cases as necessary

What We Are Looking For

• C2 level in German and strong English communication skills
• Passion for social media and digital communities
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and team-spirited
• Experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact centres is a plus
• Completed secondary education or higher (mandatory)
• Willingness to work on a rotational schedule (morning or afternoon shifts)
