A leading recruitment company in Barcelona is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new business by achieving quarterly targets. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive new business by identifying high‑potential prospects and achieving quarterly SQO targets
  • Execute outbound calls and emails to engage decision‑makers understand needs and present tailored cloud solutions
  • Educate clients on available technologies and align solutions with their business goals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize conversion rates and overall pipeline performance.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Native/fluent level of German and strong English communication skills both verbal and written
  • Previous experience in outbound or B2B sales ideally within IT or cloud solutions
  • Understanding of cloud computing and consultative sales principles
  • Proactive target‑driven and comfortable working in a phone‑based environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
