Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the German market.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue new accounts.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior in the gift sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs and customer meetings when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as Key Account Manager or Sales Manager, preferably in the gift, lifestyle, or fashion industry.
  • Native or near-native level of German; fluency in English is mandatory. Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Availability to travel occasionally within Europe.
