A leading recruitment company is seeking a French-Speaking Sales Specialist in Barcelona. As a French-Speaking Sales Specialist, youll play a key role in guiding potential customers through their buying journey ensuring every interaction reflects the brands excellence and sophistication.
Engage with prospective customers who have already shown interest in the brands products.
Conduct professional and personalized follow-up calls, offering tailored support and reinforcing the brands premium image.
Identify customer needs, answer questions, and help overcome concerns especially around pricing and product selection.
Document insights and feedback from every interaction to support the wider sales network.
Build trust and consistency with clients through structured follow-up and offer-related communications.
Ensure every conversation aligns with the brands standards of quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Fluency in French and strong command of English.
A minimum of a high school diploma (a degree in business, communications, or automotive studies is a plus).
Prior experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the automotive or luxury industry.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with discerning clients.
A genuine passion for the automotive world and premium products.
A structured, professional, and solution-oriented approach to every customer interaction.
Comfort working with guided scripts and completing detailed call summaries.
Full-time position (39 hours/week), Monday - Saturday, rotating schedule between 09:00- 20:00.
Competitive salary: 17,000 - 20,000 gross/year + performance bonus.
