The role involves performing financial planning and analysis activities, supporting the Personal Care business line. Formación

• 7–10 years of experience in FP&A or business controlling roles.
• Experience in technical/system-focused environments is a plus.
• Strong decision-making ability.

Responsabilidades

• Perform monthly closing and forecasting activities.
• Conduct budgeting and RAF specific activities.
• Analyze sales and GPx data for profitability discussions.
• Prepare slides for leadership meetings and presentations.
• Monitor OPEX development for PCA KAU.

Overview

At Gracia101 we're seeking a FP&A Engineer to join our team. The FP&A Engineer serves a financial analysis role within the P&B business unit supporting the Personal Care business line. This position will perform Financial Planning & Analysis activities and backfill for the PC business controller while the PC business controller is involved in other finance transformation projects. The role is ideal for candidates with a technical / engineering background who have exposure to finance and enjoy working with systems and solving complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Monthly closing & forecasting activities
• RAF & Budget specific activities
• GPx & Devana deep dive: Analysis of sales & GPx data : validation and steering profitability and deviations as preparation for discussions with commercial team and Aroma business team
• Preparation of slides for leadership meetings and presentations
• KAU OPEX (monthly deep dive + forecast) – Monitoring of OPEX development for PCA KAU

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent), with exposure to finance or financial processes
• Minimum of 7–10 years relevant experience in FP&A, business controlling, or related roles; experience in technical / system-focused environments is a plus
• Strong business and strategic acumen
• Expert in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
• SAP experience
• Strategic vision, with strong analytical capabilities, priority setting, and decision-making ability
