Are you an expert in telephone sales? Do you enjoy persuading, negotiating, building strong customer relationships remotely, and closing deals at the right price?
We are looking for an experienced Flemish Telesales Representative to promote and sell our products and services to a primarily B2C customer base. You will be responsible for the entire remote sales process: from the first contact to closing the sale and following up on the installation. Your mission: engage, offer tailored discounts, and convert interest into commitment, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Tasks
  • Conduct outbound calls.
  • Present compelling offers and discounts to encourage conversion.
  • Manage the full telesales cycle: re-engagement, needs analysis, objection handling, closing, and post-sale coordination.
  • Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships remotely.
  • Adapt structured scripts to customer needs while maintaining compliance.
  • Handle objections professionally and close deals efficiently.
  • Track and report on sales performance and KPIs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in telesales or outbound sales (required), ideally in roles involving persuasion and structured scripts.
  • Strong command of telesales techniques: script adherence, objection handling, and closing.
  • Ability to hold engaging conversations and maintain customer attention.
  • Commercial mindset: challenge-driven, performance-oriented, and results-focused.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; able to quickly build trust.
  • Fluent in Flemish; French is a plus but not mandatory.
