Changan Automobile, one of China’s leading automotive manufacturers, is accelerating its global expansion and strengthening its presence in Europe. We are now looking for an experienced and proactive Fleet Manager to develop and manage Changan’s fleet sales operations in Spain.

This role requires strong business development skills, deep knowledge of the Spanish automotive market, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including leasing companies, corporate clients, and mobility service providers. The Fleet Manager will also collaborate closely with local distributors and dealers to drive fleet sales, implement effective programs, and ensure excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with leasing companies, fleet operators, and key influencers in the Spanish fleet market to raise awareness of Changan and introduce our product portfolio.
  • Recruit, lead, and manage a high-performing fleet sales team to deliver outstanding sales performance across Spain.
  • Negotiate fleet terms and achieve sales targets in line with planned fleet volumes for the Changan model portfolio.
  • Represent Changan to relevant industry bodies and manage the residual value performance of Changan products in the Spanish market.
  • Develop and implement a Certified Used Vehicle Program to manage vehicle returns effectively.
  • Collaborate with local Dealers to design and execute fleet programs, ensuring sales and aftersales needs of fleet and leasing customers are met efficiently.
  • Support the product marketing team by analyzing the Spanish market, forecasting trends in products, powertrain, and transaction pricing.
  • Work closely with the sales operations team to plan production and manage stock pipelines that support fleet sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Spain, the UK, Europe, and China (marketing, product management, finance) to align fleet sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in fleet sales, with a proven track record in managing fleet sales operations.
  • Strong understanding of the Spanish fleet market, with established connections and network.
  • Deep knowledge of automotive industry trends, finance products, fleet dynamics, and analytical tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with international, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, strategic mindset, and adaptability to evolving market conditions.
  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
