A leading technology company in Madrid is seeking an experienced Legal Director to provide solutions-oriented legal advice across commercial and regulatory matters in the FinTech sector. The successful candidate will negotiate various agreements, support M&A activity, and ensure compliance with relevant laws, while working closely with the Legal, Risk & Compliance team. This role is pivotal for guiding Planet's growth in a dynamic environment and includes a hybrid work model, with three days weekly in the office.

• 6+ years PQE of industry experience in an in-house legal department or leading law firm.
• Strong transactional experience leading contract negotiations.
• Proficient in English and preferably other languages.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Advise on regulatory matters related to payment products.
• Support M&A activity and perform legal due diligence.
