The Finance Team are responsible for putting in place appropriate systems and processes to keep the business financially sustainable and legally compliant. Right now, the Finance Team are focused on delivering continuous improvement to drive business value as we prepare for growth.

The Finance Manager, Barcelona, Spain reports to the Head of Group Accounting & Tax to support and facilitate the finance team operations locally in Spain. You will have ownership of finance operations within Spain and will work to support the group finance function through the maintenance and control of efficient, accurate and compliant records, in a paperless setting. You will effectively business partner with the wider finance team and key stakeholders to deliver timely financial insights and ensure adherence to reporting obligations. You will engage and contribute as we evaluate and innovate to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our finance systems. This is very much a hands-on operational role, working within a lean, value adding finance team. The role requires accuracy, timely delivery and communication and lots of enthusiasm!
