Formación

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. After a comprehensive training period, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of hand tools and semi- and fully-automatic strapping and wrapping machines at customer sites across Spain.

Key Responsibilities

Install and commission industrial packaging machines and tools at customer locations.

Perform mechanical and electrical repairs and preventive maintenance.

Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.

Provide on-site training and support to customers for optimal machine use.

Collaborate with the back office and technical service team for planning, parts, and technical documentation.

Travel occasionally to customer sites in Portugal and Italy.

Your Profile

Degree or vocational training in a technical field (mechanical or electrical preferred).

Proven experience in a similar field service or technical support role.

Strong mechanical skills; electrical knowledge is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.

Proficient in English (spoken and written); Spanish or Italian is a plus.

Willingness to travel and work independently.

Comfortable using MS Office and basic digital tools.
