The Field Service Engineer is responsible for ensuring quick resolution of complex customer challenges and empowering team members with their functional knowledge.
Working across all levels of the business, you will contribute to the growth of the overall business beyond service. This requires collaborating with team members at the point of impact and across the organization. Identify and implement opportunities to improve, while also operating as a change agent to ensure processes and standard work are being sustained and effective.
This position reports to the Iberia Service Manager and is part of the Iberia Service Team. The FSE will be based in Madrid; however, the role will be fully remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to :
Delight customers through timely and competent responses to their needs, coupled with clear communication. Collaborate closely with the Service Team to ensure all customers in the region receive professional after-sales service.
Support Sales Representatives in activities such as installations and demos/exhibitions. Conduct service, repair, and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts.
Respond to customer support calls within your assigned territory. Diagnose system failures and determine the most cost-effective solutions. Escalate complex issues to higher levels of technical support or quality reporting systems.
Help our organization grow by providing high-quality support to existing customers and helping identify new customers and opportunities during your time in the field.
