We are now looking for a Finnish-speaking Fashion Support Consultant to join the team in Málaga (on-site). In this role youll represent a leading fashion brand providing world-class support and helping customers with their orders products and services.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Log all case details into the management system and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Maintain product and service knowledge related to the fashion brand you represent.
• Escalate potential issues to your mentor or team lead when needed.
• Follow all company processes and administrative procedures.
