The ideal candidate will bring C2-level Italian and advanced English skills, along with experience in a contact center. Responsibilities include supporting customers via various channels, offering guidance, and maintaining brand standards. Formación

  • C2-level Italian and advanced English communication skills are essential.

  • C2 Italian and advanced English skills
  • Experience in customer service, ideally within a Contact Centre environment
  • Strong communication skills — written, verbal, warm, and professional

  • Able to navigate decisions with both customer needs and brand guidelines in mind
