Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably within logistics or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of facility management processes and warehouse operations.
• Proven experience managing service providers and negotiating contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage stock levels and ensure availability of consumables.
• Collaborate closely with the Procurement team for purchasing materials.
• Manage relationships and contracts with external service providers.
• Oversee the condition and functionality of all facilities.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate safety standards.
• Manage facility-related budgets and optimize costs.
• Lead initiatives for increasing efficiency and sustainability.
• Assist in opening, closing or relocating warehouses.
