Formación

• Experience in a similar position in a pharmaceutical company.
• Knowledge of European Patent Law; fully or partially qualified European Patent Attorney.
• Knowledge of EU regulation on medicinal products.

Responsabilidades

• Review patent landscape and identify opportunities.
• Conduct IP due diligence evaluations of in-licensed products.
• Provide support in litigation strategies.
