A global technology partner in Valencia is looking for a Legal Lead for its Legal & GRC team. The role involves overseeing commercial legal matters across Europe, advising on risks, and working with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates need to have a law degree and 8-10 years of experience either in a law firm or as in-house legal counsel. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Formación

• Minimum 8 - 10 years practice either in a Law Firm OR as an in-house legal counsel with commercial law practice.
• Previous experience working within a team as well as leading teams and inspiring high levels of employee engagement.
• Experience working in a multinational and multicultural environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all Commercial Legal matters in Europe for all business units.
• Identify, monitor and advise upon legal risks within areas of responsibility.
• Coordinate and oversee external legal advisors when specialized expertise is required.
