At Finsolutia we keep expanding! We are looking for an ETL Developer Analyst (M / F) to join us in Madrid. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys working with data thrives on solving complex challenges and wants to play a key role in shaping data-driven decision‑making across the business.

What Youll Be Doing

• Develop and implement advanced T‑SQL procedures and functions ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Write optimised SQL queries to integrate with other applications and manage end‑to‑end ETL processes.
• Design robust database structures tables and objects.
• Define and implement best practices guidelines and repeatable processes to drive efficiency and quality.
• Design and build impactful Power BI reports and dashboards (Operational Strategic & Analytical) using DAX Power Query and advanced data modelling.
• Deliver insights that help the business monitor KPIs and make informed data‑driven decisions.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for both internal and external users.
• Work with Excel Power BI and PivotTables to extract transform and analyse data effectively.

What Were Looking For (Hard Skills)

• At least 3 years of professional experience in an Enterprise environment or 5 years in any industry sector.
• Strong expertise in T‑SQL (advanced level) and performance optimisation.
• Solid experience with ETL processes.
• Proficiency in developing and tuning Power BI dashboards datasets DAX and SQL for optimal performance.
• Basic knowledge of Python and C#.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of Portuguese will be positively valued.
