• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and advanced technologies.
• 5+ years of leadership experience, including team leadership and delegation.
• Strong understanding of the digital services industries.
• Experience building and scaling engineering teams and organizations.
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native development (preferably AWS) and modern software architecture.
