The role involves monitoring construction progress, conducting meetings with subcontractors, and maintaining safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in construction sites, strong English skills, and relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or construction. This position emphasizes the importance of effective communication and management skills within the construction environment.

Formación

• Several years of construction site experience and knowledge of occupational safety.
• Very good English skills.
• Class B driver's license is required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring compliance with project company goals and guidelines, particularly HSE and quality minimum requirements.
• Conducting and documenting weekly meetings with subcontractors.
• Monitoring construction progress against agreed milestones.
• Serving as the interface between the construction site, engineering, logistics, and project management.
• Performing and documenting quality checks.
• Monitoring HSE guidelines.
• Coordinating and resolving errors, adjustments, or changes in engineering for implementation on the construction site.
• Supporting the project manager in project preparation.

Conocimientos

Construction site experience

Knowledge of occupational safety

Good MS Office skills

Very good English skills

Experience with subcontractors

Educación

Vocational training or university degree in electrical engineering or construction
