A leading biotech company in Madrid is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented technician to provide both onsite and remote service support. In this role, you will troubleshoot and maintain systems, ensuring optimal performance. You will also be responsible for training colleagues on NGS sequencing systems and developing service documentation. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, along with proven experience in servicing electro-mechanical systems, is required. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Formación

  • Proven experience in servicing electro-mechanical systems, with medical devices preferred.

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented

to provide both onsite and remote service and support for our customers. In this role, you will troubleshoot and maintain

ensuring optimal system performance. You will also collaborate with various teams to enhance service quality and customer experience.

Maintain accurate documentation of service activities.

Coordinate service tasks with site personnel and ensure smooth operation.

Provide technical phone support and assistance to customers.

Assist in resolving technical issues before sequencing system installations.

Train colleagues and partners on NGS sequencing system maintenance and servicing.

Develop and update service instruction documentation.

Recommend design improvements to enhance system reliability, serviceability, and user experience.

Support manufacturing operations as required.

Uphold strict confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information, including personnel matters,legal documents, financial data, contracts, and other proprietary information.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience

Proven experience in servicing electro-mechanical systems; prior experience with medical devices is a plus.

Customer Focus

Outstanding customer service skills with a professional demeanor.

Software Proficiency

Competency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
