  • Provide dedicated support to a select group of partners who are developing, publishing, and expanding applications on cloud platforms as part of a strategic success program
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering a positive first impression and establishing a foundation for a lasting partner relationship
  • Define a clear call purpose and conversation approach, ensuring consistent and repeatable execution
  • Focus on specific products and offerings tailored to the target audience
  • Implement a structured multi-channel outreach strategy, utilising calls, emails, and social media
  • Prioritise customer satisfaction and strive to deliver an exceptional engagement experience for customers and prospects.
  • Position competitive solutions and offerings in alignment with customer needs and experiences
  • Gather and relay customer feedback, to inform future business decisions

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Native / Fluent in German, both written and verbal, with strong proficiency in English
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success and / or experience in account or customer management
  • Proficient in using office productivity tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Experience working with or selling cloud-based solutions or similar technologies
  • Hold relevant certifications in cloud platforms or related technologies
