Formación

What success looks like in this role:

• Provides Software Applications Engineering support for an assigned set of applications / project areas.
• Performs coding and unit testing activities, detecting fixes based on design documents and project guidelines (e.g., coding guidelines, CI, source code process, check-ins/check-outs).
• Meets delivery key responsibility areas (KRAs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Performs build and deployment activities following defined processes for delivery and deployment.
• Explores alternative solutions based on use cases and requirements, selecting the best option through decision analysis and resolution (DAR) techniques.
• Validates the integrity of pre-production environments such as development, test, QA, and staging.
• May develop and test processes for configuration management, deployment, and automation.
• Supports configuration management systems and processes, including source code management, workflow, issue tracking, deployment, provisioning, and testing automation.
• Provides impact analysis for assigned work.
• Recommends and implements continuous process improvements.
• Trains and mentors less experienced team members.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
