Role Overview

We are looking for a top Electronics Prototyping and PCB Design Specialist to join our team for a client who is a leader in the elevator industry. The position is based in Móstoles, Madrid.

Responsibilities

• Able to design HW solutions from concept (Altium) to prototypes (manual assembly: protoboards, SMD and THT assembly on PCBs, etc.).
• Elaborate documentation within the project development process.
• Willing to work in multidisciplinary teams
• BOM management: critical components, alternatives, obsolescence
• HW testing: experience with electronic instrumentation and troubleshooting
• Altium Designer experience
• English B2 minimum is mandatory (international teams).

Qualifications

• You hold a Vocational Higher Education in Electrical & Electronics (EQF Level 5) (acc. to the Spanish Education System: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en la rama de Electricidad y Electrónica OR Bachelor’s / master’s degree in Electronics and Automation)
• Experience in electronics design (Altium Designer, 2+ years’ experience)
• Experience in HW design (PCB, PCBA)
• Desired experience in analog / digital electronic PCB & PCBA design.
• Comprehension of general electronic engineering concepts is required.
• Demonstrated experience with CAD tools (1-year Altium Designer) and knowledge of lab test equipment.
• Analyze European and International elevator standards and internal guidelines.
• Familiarized with Pspice or other simulation tools
• English B2 minimum is mandatory (international teams).
