Job Description

A vacancy for a Serial Process Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Tablada (Sevilla).

Responsibilities

As Eurodrone Manufacturing Engineering Fuselage and Pylon you will be in charge of the following activities :

• Ensuring Manufacturability of the design. Co-Design
• Contribute to all phases of the design to ensure industrial needs are taken into account.
• Push industrial requirements to Engineering (specific design / M&P) & Supply Chain.
• Introduce Manufacturing best practice / standardization into design.
• Define Build Process for ME.
• Calculate the time at operation level.
• Manage Technical Sequencing.
• Specify industrial asset (Jigs, Tools, Tooling, Machines,...) requirements for creation or modification.
• Drive implementation of 1st installation with required shop floor feedback loops for Manufacturing readiness (production handover).
• Plan regular feedback loops with the Production Team.
• Accountable for configuration management (in particular Delta 2).
• Create / update routings / BoM / SOI taken into account shop floor needs, Time calculation and Work Preparation Golden Rules in accordance with applicable processes.
