What We’re Looking For:

1. You’re in your final year of studies or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, IT, HR, Psychology, Tourism or a related field.
2. You can sign a learning agreement with your university and apply for an Erasmus scholarship.
3. You have excellent English skills (C1 level or higher), and speaking additional European languages is a big plus!
4. You’re curious, driven, and eager to learn new things.
5. You’re a people person with great communication skills and a passion for helping others succeed.
6. You’re proactive, full of energy, and love taking on challenges.
7. You aim for excellence and are motivated by achieving results.
