An international aerospace company in Getafe is offering an exciting internship for recent graduates in engineering. This full-time position provides hands-on experience in the Planning and Scheduling department, where you'll assist in developing production plans. Job Description

Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain? AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover I 2026/2027 - Starting date 2nd March 2026 until 26th February. We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating. The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026.

What does this internship consist in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early March 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full‑time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description

Support to the Planning and Scheduling department.

The activities are focused on delivering optimized and realistic production plans for assembly and elementary parts, taking into account customer need dates, actual production schedule and available capacity (manpower, machine, material) and any technical & quality topics. Planning and production activity control dashboards update, manage work orders according production scheduling, releases the work orders and supports the Production Pace Control is also part of the daily bases in this area.
