This is a leadership position for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, high-standard environments. You'll work closely with senior executives to implement business strategies, manage teams, and drive excellence across all areas of the organization – from operations to human resources.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Oversight : Oversee the day-to-day running of all departments, ensuring smooth coordination between teams and consistent communication across departments.

2. Process Implementation : Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all areas, train team members on protocols, and ensure full understanding and compliance.

3. HR Management : Oversee team structure, scheduling, staffing needs, recruitment, onboarding, reviews, staff development, and disciplinary procedures in coordination with HR.

4. Client Experience : Ensure all client-facing elements meet the high standards expected of the organization, work closely with front-of-house and hospitality teams to maintain consistency across all guest touchpoints, and support with the execution of events and activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

3–7 years of experience in operations management, property / lifestyle management, or high-end resort / club environments; strong leadership and people management skills; excellent organizational skills and a highly structured, systems-driven approach; comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving; clear communicator with fluency in English & Spanish.
