What are we looking for?

• An/a Digital Services Consultant – Public Administration (AAPP), with at least 3 years of experience.
• Availability to join a stable project in Coruña.
• Work Model: Hybrid
• Work Schedule: Full-time

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience in public sector projects and technology consulting.
• Functional knowledge of Public Administration (regional, local, or national) and conceptual understanding of digital
• technologies and AI.
• Knowledge of the Galician language.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Analysis of business needs and processes within public sector organizations.
• Functional and conceptual definition of new digital services or the evolution of existing ones.
• Liaison with business and technical stakeholders, facilitating the translation between functional requirements and technical solutions.
• Support in defining solutions based on enabling technologies (digital platforms, automation, AI, analytics).
• Preparation of consulting documentation: analysis reports, service proposals, roadmaps, use case sheets, etc.
• Participation in digital transformation projects within complex and regulated environments.
