About you

We are looking for a Digital Partnership Director - Kings League Spainwith a strong hunter mindset to drive revenue growth through strategic sponsorships, partnerships, and monetization of our media and IP assets. We want a results-driven sales leader with proven experience in the sports sector, skilled in managing and closing deals with sports sponsors and leveraging sports IP for commercial impact.

Main Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and close high-value deals with sports sponsors, agencies, and media partners.
• Lead sponsored content opportunities and commercial partnerships by leveraging our sports IP.
• Develop long-term relationships with sports advertisers, agencies, and partners to maximize revenue potential.
• Collaborate with content teams to design commercial offers that deliver measurable value for sponsors.
• Monitor market trends in sports sponsorship, entertainment, and digital media to identify new revenue opportunities.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development or strategic partnerships within the sports sector.
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth, particularly with sports sponsors.
• Strong network of contacts within sports brands, digitalagencies and media buyers.
• Experience in a digital sports agency is a strong plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and perform in fast-paced and demanding environments.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
