About the Role

Implement and optimize the digital experience initiatives to enhance customer engagement, boost the performance of camper.com and camperlab.com, and support data-driven decision-making throughout the entire digital customer journey.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and manage automated customer journey and personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate and optimize digital and social ads campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Plan and maintain the digital and promotional calendar.
Digital Experience, Web Optimization & Performance
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of camper.com and camperlab.com (traffic, funnels, campaigns, and user behavior) and ensure both sites are up to date.
  • Identify and implement improvements in user experience, navigation, and the digital customer journey (CR, CTR, AOV, ASP).
  • Collaborate with design, content, technology, and operations teams to implement enhancements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Provide support and an overall perspective to the Dropship and Online Accounts teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, IT, Technology, Design, Content teams, and external agencies.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and alignment with company values.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong analytical skills with a performance-driven approach.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics).
  • Understanding of UX/UI, CRO, SEO, SEM, digital journey optimization, and prototyping tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work autonomously, and communicate effectively.
