A global media and entertainment company in Madrid is seeking a Digital Content Manager for a 6-month position. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience, strong CMS skills, and excellent communication abilities. This role involves overseeing digital content for major platforms and executing campaigns. The position is primarily on-site, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Formación

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital content management, ideally in media or entertainment.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Experience working on international projects is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Help build the digital backbone of Disney+, ESPN, Hulu, ABC, and more.
  • Execute branded content campaigns ensuring compliance and quality.
  • Monitor site performance and traffic, identifying issues and opportunities for optimization.

We’re looking for a Digital Content Manager to join our EMEA team – someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technology, and who’s passionate about delivering world-class digital experiences.

This position is for 6 months and will be based 4 days a week at the office.

Responsibilities
  • Shape the future of Disney’s media: Help build the digital backbone of Disney+, ESPN, Hulu, ABC, and more.
  • Global reach, real impact: Your work will touch millions of fans across Europe and beyond.
  • Innovation at scale: Be part of a team that’s redefining how content is delivered and experienced.
  • Manage and update content across multiple EMEA websites using our in-house CMS.
  • Execute branded content campaigns from brief to publication, ensuring compliance and quality.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Web Support, Brand Partnerships) to deliver seamless digital experiences.
  • Oversee digital assets for campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Monitor site performance and traffic, identifying issues and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with local and central teams to maintain high editorial standards across multiple languages and markets.
Your Background
  • 3+ years’ experience in digital content management, ideally in media or entertainment.
  • Strong CMS experience and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Degree in Digital Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience working on international projects is a plus.
