What you will be doing
In this role, you’ll help shape the data foundation and strategy for leading brands, driving app tracking and analytics initiatives alongside a skilled team.
Drive implementation of tracking solutions: You'll support and manage technical implementation projects for our clients\' mobile apps, working with tools like Firebase, Adjust, Appsflyer, and Segment.
Design measurement plans: Help design and build comprehensive measurement plans and technical guides for mobile apps. You'll learn to advise on the best solutions for app attribution and data collection.
Collaborate with clients: Work alongside our clients as a key technical contact, helping them understand their tracking setup and guiding them through the implementation process.
Investigate and solve problems: Dive into clients\' app tracking setups to investigate data challenges, troubleshoot issues, and recommend practical improvements.
Support marketing teams: Partner with our digital marketing teams, ensuring they have the reliable data they need to launch effective app campaigns, from push notifications to user acquisition.
Innovate and educate: Be our internal champion for all things app tracking. Contribute to our collective knowledge, share best practices, and research emerging trends, including data modeling strategies for privacy changes like those from Apple in iOS 14 onwards.
What we are looking for
We\'re looking for someone with a technical curiosity and a passion for how data powers marketing. You\'re keen to keep developing your expertise in the app analytics space and enjoy collaborative problem-solving.
You have around 3+ years of experience working with technical implementations, with experience from mobile app tracking.
You have good communication skills and enjoy working with team members and clients.
You are proactive and take ownership of working to find solutions to clients’ challenges.
You have an interest in the \"why\" behind the data; how tracking connects to marketing goals, user behavior, and business growth.
You have a solid technical foundation and enjoy the challenge of troubleshooting a tricky setup.
You have experience with code, tagging, data layers, and server-side tracking.
