At Winning Consulting, we are looking for a Digital Analyst to join our teams at a leading digital organisation in Madrid. - 3 x week

Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM).

  • Configure and maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4) properties, including events, conversions and custom dimensions.

  • Collaborate with developers and key stakeholders to ensure correct tagging, data quality and data integrity.

  • Troubleshoot tracking and measurement issues, providing technical support for analytics implementations.

  • Design and maintain data layers and advanced tracking setups across websites and digital products.

  • Support the definition and implementation of measurement plans aligned with business and marketing goals.

  • Produce clear documentation on tracking setups, tags, events and data structures.

  • Stay up to date on best practices and new features in digital analytics, proposing improvements when relevant.

Required Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in digital analytics, preferably in an agency or digital‑first environment.

  • Advanced, hands‑on experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.

  • Basic to intermediate JavaScript skills for custom tags, triggers and troubleshooting.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail in data validation.

  • Ability to translate tracking and data needs into clear technical requirements.

  • Fluent English (B2–C1), both written and spoken, to work in an international context.

  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid (3 days in‑office, 2 days remote).
