Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in IT operations, with hands-on knowledge of Azure and CI/CD workflows. Strong collaboration skills and familiarity with IAM concepts are required. Formación

• 3+ years of professional experience in IT operations and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, CI/CD workflows, and container technologies.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts like service principals, RBAC, OAuth, SSO, SCIM.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate IT platforms to ensure availability and performance
• Diagnose and resolve incidents in critical systems and services
• Manage cloud infrastructure and physical/virtual servers
• Handle identity and access management through secure policies
• Oversee enterprise tool licensing, compliance, and lifecycle management
• Develop scripts to automate tasks and optimize operational processes

Skills & Experience

• + 3 years of professional experience with IT operations and cloud platforms
• Hands‑on experience with Azure, CI/CD workflows, and container technologies
• Familiarity with IAM concepts (service principals, RBAC, OAuth, SSO, SCIM)
• Ability to automate processes using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Hands‑on knowledge of ITIL‑based operational processes
• Strong focus on reliability, security, and operational excellence
• Ability to work collaboratively with developers and business teams
• Experience in agile environments (SCRUM, Kanban)
