Formación

Overview

We are currently looking for a Sales Specialist to join the Regeneron team in charge of setting up the Spanish Immunology entity to produce sales for the Dermatology business, in this role you will play a pivotal role in driving our commercial goals and encouraging a high-performance culture. You will lead your territory, ensuring professional account planning and management of all key accounts and implementing a professional targeting & segmentation approach.

This role might be for you if:

  • You are passionate about ensuring that the brand's objectives are met by presenting key messages to HCPs, in line with good practice.

  • You are committed to working in teams and partnership inside and outside of the business, previous experience in an alliance is highly desired.

  • You are thrilled about balancing multiple channels to optimize customer engagement (e.g. F2F, remote calls, approved e-mails, digital communication platforms, etc.).

Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead high quality HCP interactions by continuously keeping scientific knowledge around the product, indication and brand sales messaging up to date and optimally implementing sales & marketing plan.

  • Consistently deliver on the value proposition for the brand through key message communication to HCPs.

  • Work in alignment with the Spanish Brand Plan, develop, implement and report results to the local account plan based on key data sources and local market insights.

  • Collaborate closely with medical colleagues to implement regional programs and relevant activities to support HCP needs.

  • Leverage all communication channels including digital channels, in collaboration with other functions, to achieve the best possible share of voice in the market.

Qualifications
  • You must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or similar, preferably in life sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology.

  • 5+ years of sales experience within the biotech/pharmaceutical sector.

  • Dermatology experience and experience working as part of an alliance are desirable.

  • This is a field-based role with high travel requirements and a driver’s license is required.

  • Conversational English is desirable.
