A leading automotive powertrain solutions company is looking for a skilled technical leader to lead e-Powertrain projects. Based in Valladolid, you'll manage project schedules and resources while collaborating across functions. The ideal candidate has experience in developing automotive products, a relevant engineering degree, and strong English skills. Formación

  • Proven track record in developing inverters, DCDC converters or e-motor solutions.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; French is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead the technical convergence of e-Powertrain projects within the Design Department.
  • Ensure alignment with QCDP commitments and stakeholder expectations.
  • Make strategic technical and economic decisions to optimise product and process development.

What You Will Do
  • Lead the technical convergence of e‑Powertrain projects within the Design Department
  • Ensure alignment with QCDP commitments and stakeholder expectations
  • Make strategic technical and economic decisions to optimise product and process development
  • Coordinate deliverables including technical definitions, costing, supplier files and innovation tracking
  • Manage project schedules, resources and reporting
  • Drive risk management and milestone engagement
  • Collaborate with transversal functions such as Purchasing, Design, Project and Costing
  • Guide and coach team members to foster performance and innovation
What We’re Looking For
  • A proven track record in developing inverters, DCDC converters or e‑motor solutions, and leading automotive product development and industrialisation projects
  • A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electrotechnics, Automation or Transport
  • Excellent skills in technical synthesis and transversal project managementStrong competencies in powertrain systems and hybrid technologies, with a collaborative approach
  • Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business and our ambition to transform the industry
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; French will be highly valued
