About the Role

We are looking for a Danish-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to join our digital marketing team.

In this role, you will guide new advertisers through the initial onboarding phase, help them understand Google Ads tools, optimize the setup of their campaigns, and ensure a smooth start toward achieving their marketing objectives.

This position is ideal for candidates with a passion for digital marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide advisory-style support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process for new Danish-speaking Google Ads clients
  • Provide step-by-step guidance on campaign setup, tracking, account structure, and best practices
  • Understand clients business goals and explain how Google Ads can support them
  • Review and optimize initial campaign settings to ensure performance from day one
  • Educate clients on platform features, tools, and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal specialists (optimization teams, technical teams, strategists)
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience focused on trust, clarity, and results
Requirements
  • Fluent Danish (C1+) and strong English (B2+)
  • Experience in Google Ads, digital marketing, or PPC advertising (certification is a strong plus)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities
  • Customer success, onboarding, or account management experience is an advantage
  • Ability to explain technical topics in a simple and clear way
  • Familiarity with online advertising metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversions) is beneficial
